13th EFA Congress - Budapest 2009

EFA held it's 13th Congress in Budapest on 9 and 10 October 2009
Chairperson Cathy Bacon (2nd Vice President of EFA) attended on behalf of the IDIA and Ireland
Hungarian State Secretary Dr. Lajos Csepi opened the Congress.
A very comprehensive and interesting programme followed.
