EFA held it's 6 monthly meeting in Chisinau, Moldova on 8th and 9th October 2010
IDIA Chairperson Cathy Bacon attended in her role of 2nd Vice President of EFA
and represented the IDIA and Ireland.

ECOWILL
ECOWILL the European project on Ecodriving, which commenced on 1st May 2010 was reported on.
It will run from 1st May 2010 – 31st May 2013 and will focus on ecological driving producing fewer emissions and is targeted at both learners and drivers.

Cathy Bacon presented the details of the new Graduated Driver Licensing (GDL) to be introduced in Ireland from December 2010
All members welcomed its introduction.
